Middle Class Hero is Ian's attempt to chart his working class Liverpudlian roots to the middle-class world he now finds himself in, without the need for being frisked on a regular basis. From humble beginnings to professional footballer, to loser of £1M live on ITV's Red or Black gameshow, to finding himself in stand-up comedy. Ian's journey is varied, rich and full of stories of what might have been and what is yet to come. This is all about how to keep his inner scouser under control and is much cheaper than therapy.
