'I'd be willing to commit a sex crime'

WTF: Weekly Triva File

  • Big Brother’s Little Brother host Jack Whitehall says ‘I would be willing to commit a sex crime’ to get on to Jeremy Kyle’s show.

  • Lee Evans has made one mum-to-be laugh so much that she gave birth. Hayley Allmond, 21, was at home in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, watching one of his DVDs just before midnight on New Year’s Eve when her waters broke. She said: ‘It was so funny I was just laughing and all of a sudden my waters broke.’

  • Harry Potter and Twilight star Robert Pattinson ‘went nuts’ at a Los Angeles comedy club, when an unnamed act performed a routine about Heath Ledger, in which he collaped onstage and faked convulsions. A witness said: Pattinson and his pals booed the comic, yelling out: ‘Fuck you! You suck! Leave Heath Ledger alone!’

  • Jason Manford is worried about the way some stand-up is heading. ‘I feel a bit prudish sometimes when I go to a club,’ he said. ‘I genuinely don't think [edgy comedy] is funny. There are so many funny things in life, why would you want to talk about things like that? But certainly it's hard in the clubs when someone's done 20 minutes of jokes about paedophiles or ironic racism, and then you go on and try to do jolly jokes about driving instructors.’

  • Alan Carr: 'I'd open an Al-Queda training camp if the money was right.'

  • Mat Horne doesn't want kids because 'I couldn't bear to have an ugly child. I'd have to be 100 per cent sure that the girls I had a child with was good-looking... you'd have to do a lot off research to check they didn't have ugly genes.' Plus he has confessed to fancying Catherine Tate when she's dressed as schoolgirl Lauren. 'There’s something quite sexy about her, in a council estate sort of way,' he says.

  • American comedian David Angelo has posted this video on YouTube, saying it shows him ‘destroy’ a British heckler. Seems rather mild to us…

  • Russell Brand: ‘Everyone inside themselves has a little self doubt. If you help them to overcome that by recognising how beautiful they are, it's almost impossible for them not to have sex with you.’
