Spinal Tap star talks Stonehenge

Christopher Guest has reprised his Spinal Tap character Nigel Tufnel to promote a new series about Stonehenge.

He has filmed a series of spoof interview in his rock star guise to promote a new National Geographic documentary about the stone circle.

In one clip, below, he claims that Stonehenge was made by one man, called Duncan:

In a classic scene from the 1984 film This Is Spinal Tap, the group performed a stage show set in Stonehenge, but a mix-upwith the set designer meant the giant rock monolith ended up being a few inches tall:

The new documentary follows Bill Bailey's recent History Channel programme about the same subject. Watch a clip:
