Nick nicked over fish licence
Nick Hancock has been fined £40 for fishing without a licence.
The comic turned TV host couldn't produce the paperwork when challenged by bailiffs at a trout pool in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs, in April.
And the officials didn't believe his story that he'd left the paperwork at home.
The host of They Think It's All Over pleaded guilty in a letter to Stafford Magistrates' Court, which also ordered him to pay £55 costs.
