Babatúndé Aléshé to host the Mobo awards

With Love Island's Indiyah Polack

Babatúndé Aléshé is to host the Mobo awards, organisers have announced.

He will co-present the ceremony  at Sheffield’s Utilita Arena Sheffield on February 7 with former Love Island contestant  Indiyah Polack.

Aléshé said: ‘This is just massive and I am so honoured. The Mobo awards are something you grow up watching and now to be able to say I’m a part of it… it’s an amazing feeling. Indiyah and I are gonna bring some vibes.’

DJ Spoony, Byron Messia and Soul II Soul are among the acts to be performing at this year’s awards – were Little Simz and Stormzy lead the nominations with four apiece.
