Kristen Wiig's Apple TV+ comedy

Here's  the trailer for Palm Royale, Apple TV+'s forthcoming comedy series starring Kristen Wiig.

In it, she plays Maxine Simmons who endeavours to break into Palm Beach high society, with the streamer saying 'it asks the same question that still baffles us today: "How much of yourself are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?"'

Set in 1969, Palm Royale  will be released on Apple TV+ on March 20 with the first three episodes with the following instalments dropping weekly until May 8.

It is loosely based on the novel Mr. & Mrs. American Pie by Juliet McDaniel and co-stars Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin – with guest star appearances by Bruce Dern and Carol Burnett.
