On stress, smoking and middle age

Nikki Britton was shocked to learn that being single is worse for your health than smoking. 

And so is stress – which the cost-of-living crisis is doing nothing to alleviate.

The news has only caused her to reappraise her life choices... although she's happy to to count her blessings as she enters middle-age.

The comedian was performing at the 2023 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala at the Palais Theatre for ABC.
