Jerry Before Seinfeld streams on Netflix next month

Netflix has released the first look at Jerry Seinfeld's new stand-up special.

Jerry Before Seinfeld is about how the comic got started in stand-up in the 1970s, was recorded in the intimate Comic Strip in New York, one of the clubs where he began his career.

It also includes some biographical background, including a visit to Seinfeld's New Jersey home, childhood videos, and a glimpse of a library of legal pads with every joke he's written since 1975.

Seinfeld signed a deal with Netflix in January worth a reported $100million, which included all nine seasons of his Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee talk shows, plus 24 new episodes, as well as two stand-up specials, starting with this one.
