Old Comedian of the Year finalists announced

The finalists have been announced for this year's Old Comedian of the Year final. 

Taking part in the event on May 29 are Chris McGlade, Dave Gibson, Donna Scott, Gary Davis, Geoff Alderman, Fred Ferenczi, Jac Bevan, Javier Costales, Nick Elleray, Paul Warricker, President Obonjo and  Rob Thomas

Lynn Ruth Miller, pictured, will host the event at London’s Leicester Square Theatre on May 29.

The competition wass open to anyone over 35 who has been performing for five years or more, and not making a living from comedy.

It comes with a £1,000 first prize, £500 for second and £250 for third.
