Daniel announces tour of his festive storytelling show

Daniel Kitson has announced a tour of his festive storytelling show, A Show For Christmas.

The show, which he describes as 'pretty lovely and funny and sad and Christmassy' was first performed at the Battersea Arts Centre in 2014. (Our review)

Now he will perform the show at 11 venues across the UK in December.

In an email to fans, he admitted it was only a short tour, which he ascribed to the fact it could only really be performed in the three weeks before Christmas, at a time when theatres are already busy, many with pantomimes.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, some at 10am, some at noon, priced £12 each.

December 6: Durham Gala
December 7: Halifax Square Chapel
December 10: Bristol Old Vic
December 11: Exeter Phoenix
December 14: Leicester Y Theatre

December 17: Brighton Attenborough Centre
December 18: Mold Theatr Clwyd
