Will and Grace 'set to return'

Cast and creators in talks with NBC

Will & Grace could be making a comeback

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the NBC network is in talks about a new ten-episode series.

The revival would follow the success of a ten-minute clip based around the US Presidential election, which has amassed more than six million views on YouTube.

Stars Debra Messing, Megan Mullally, Eric McCormack and Sean Hayes appeared together again in Los Angeles last night for a Hillary Clinton fundraiser.

However the TV trade magazine cautioned that ‘it's extremely early in the talks’ with neither stars nor creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnic signed up.

The original series ran for eight seasons between 1998 and 2006 and won 16 Emmy awards, and acclaim for its mainstream portrayal of gay characters.
