More Mid Morning Matters for 2014

Alan Partridge is set to return for another series of Mid Morning Matters.

Co-creator Armando Iannucci said the show – which started life as a series of internet shorts sponsored by Fosters – is likely to return to Sky Atlantic next year.

'That'll be the next bit of Alan,' he told the Radio Times – but he couldn't say exactly when it would be made.

'[The date] keeps shifting simply because of people's timetables, but I think some point later next year.'

Partridge's movie Alpha Papa launched earlier this year, and has just been released on DVD.

The first series of Mid Morning Matters, compiled from the web series, aired on Sky Atlantic in July 2012.
