BBC orders Welsh comedy series
With Cariad Lloyd, Lloyd Langford and Elis James
Some of Wales’s top comedians are to make a new radio sketch series, Here Be Dragons.
The show will be written and performed by a cast that includes Cariad Lloyd, Nadia Kamil, Lloyd Langford, Elis James, Sian Harries, Ben Partridge and Gareth Gwynn.
Six half-hour episodes have been commissioned for BBC Radio Wales from Matt Lucas’s production company John Stanley Productions.
The shows will be produced by Ben Walker, who has previously worked on podcasts including Pappy’s Flatshare Slamdown and Richard Herring’s Leicester Square Podcast, and will be recorded in London in October.
