Jupp makes Let's Dance final

Miles Jupp is through to the final of Let's Dance For Sport Relief after his version of Prodigy’s Firestarter was saved by judges.

Ex-Olympic ski-jumper Eddie 'the Eagle' Edwards won the public vote after his performance as Austin Powers dancing to Soul Bossa Nova, putting him through first.

Voted off first was Shameless star Alice Barry who danced awkwardly to Outside by George Michael – then Ava Vidal who flashed her legs in hotpants as she danced to Get Happy in a routine that also featured a man in a penguin suit,

That left Rev star Jupp and The Only Way Is Essex stars Amy Childs and Harry Derbidge at the mercy of judges Vic Reeves, Iain Lee and Rufus Hound

The TOWIE stars made a strong impression as Madonna and Britney Spears for Me Against The Music by Madonna and Britney Spears.

Although Hound called it ‘the best dance of the night by far’, his fellow judges voted for Jupp, who had dressed as Keith Flint – complete with green hair – for the occasion.

Hound had told him: ‘I’ve often wondered what it would be like if you gave Dennis the Menace Orville’s haircut and too much blue smarties and now the nation knows.’

Jupp and Edwards now join Terry Alderon and EastEnders Tameka Empson and Laurie Brett inthe final on final on March 17.
