Peter Kay regains DVD No 1

Lee Evans 2nd

Peter Kay has overtaken Lee Evans at the top of the stand-up DVD bestseller chart.

His Tour That Didn’t Tour rose three places in the overall Top 40 to No 4, while Evans’s Roadrunner slipped one to No 6.

As expected, the Inbetweeners movie shot straight to No 1.

The stand-up chart is:

1. Peter Kay: The Tour That Didn’t Tour
2. Lee Evans: Roadrunner
3. John Bishop: Sunshine
4. Sarah Millican: Chatterbox Live
5. Alan Carr: Spexy Beast
6. Micky Flanagan: The Out Out Tour
7. Comedy Superstars (compilation, free at Asda with a selection of other stand-up DVDs)

Other comedy titles are selling well, too – also in the top 10 of the overall chart are Hangover 2, Bridesmaids, Mrs Brown’s Boys and Celebrity Juice: Too Juicy For TV.
