Starting his career with the sketch group Bachman Turner Improvise in 2005, David Morgan has become a regular compere on the circuit. His show Triple Threat was nominated for best new show at the 2011 Leicester Comedy Festival.

Have seen David perform twice recently and absolutely loved him. The first time was as compere and he did a brilliant job – he was lively and upbeat, engaged really well with the audience and had very funny and unusual material about his life as a gay man. I then saw him as the opening act last Thursday at SnoBar, Milton Keynes and was impressed with his professionalism as he had lost virtually all of his voice due to a bad cold, but still turned up and performed at least 20 minutes of material. Some of it I had heard him use only the week before, but it was still highly amusing, and he went down very well with the audience, despite the croaky voice. We thoroughly recommend him – he was like a breath of fresh air, and so jolly and enthusiastic that he put us all in a good mood for the acts to come.
