There's a cheerful amateurish spirit that runs right through this club, which proudly boasts that it's the second worst in London. Thanks to MC and promoter Brian Damage, this unthreateningly cheerful atmosphere lends a real sense of fun to the evening, often lacking in slicker clubs. The acts are always a real mixed bag, but this cosy basement bar offers a unique comic experience that you really have to sample at least once.
