Show Rating:Fascinating Aida: One Last Flutter rated 4/5

Is it really time to bid farewell to these three vivacious divas? They've still got pulling power, easily packing out the Assembly Rooms Ballroom, and they've still got the talent in spades.

Their operatic renditions and pretty, Gothic frocks may appear a little chi-chi, but it's merely a disguise for some acerbic and brilliantly observational lyrics.

Adele, Dillie and Marylin certainly rose to the occasion, delighting the mixed audience with songs like Sew On A Sequin and Colleagues From Hell in their unique, and unnaturally high, voices.

They've not rested on their back catalogue, either, with new songs referring to anything from Botox to Beyonce, showing that the trio haven't lost their ability to capture the spirit of the moment.

The show was non-stop musical entertainment. All the performers (including their lovely man on the piano) have unrivalled stage presence, and are talented and sparkled in their own right. But Dillie, the posh lady of the manor type, shone the brightest with some very risqué material.

The show whizzed by and the dedicated fans were rapturous in their approval of a thoroughly enjoyable, if a little retro, experience.

Is this really their final show? I'm already looking forward to the comeback tour.
