Committed Exhibitionists Show type: Edinburgh Fringe 2003
Committed Exhibitionists

t was just totally original and hugely entertaining. Characters, scenery, a setting, a storyline, costumes and damn fine writing and acting. Only went to see it because I'd worked at an Ideal Home Show and various other exhibitions. It was clear to see the actors/writers had too but they'd taken it further and turned it into something really funny that made you laugh at it all. I wouldn't say it would just appeal to people who have experience of this kind of thing as it was accessible and intelligent humour. Thought it was really good.

This is definately something which is for a specialised sense of humour, and neither myself nor any of the people sitting around me laughed more than once throughout the whole thing. It's a shame because it was obvious that some of the cast were very talented but the play gave them very little chance to show it - if I'd have paid for a ticket, I would have been bitterly disappointed. I guess it's lucky I hadn't...... Hopefully the cast will come again next year with a far better show so they can really shine.

Really nice people with a really fun show. An hour of cracking character comedy. Maria is a fantastic creation, you have to see her to believe it!

Was handed a free ticket for me and a friend so did not know what to expect other than the really funny aerobics routine they had just performed in the street. We laughed solidly for a whole hour. Really bright show with lots of character and costume changes. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
