Wanted: Funny Jewish comics

Talent hunt opens for entry

Entries have opened for this year’s Jewish Comedian of the Year Award 2017.

Run by the JW3 venue in North London, the talent hunt comes with a £1,000 first prize plus mentoring and a gig.

Eight acts will perform five minutes at the heat on December 7, and the best four will perform up to ten minutes at the final on December 9.

The competition is open to comedians of all levels, who should send a five-minute clip to sarah.sigal@jw3.org.uk by midday on Monday October 16.

Last year's winner was Nicole Harris.
