Trump and the Muslim...

Comedian wound up next to Donald's son on a UK flight

It must have been a shock for him, given the way his father foments hate and distrust of Muslims – but Eric Trump found himself next to a comedian called Mohammed on a flight to the UK this week.

And Mohammed Ahmer, who was flying into Glasgow for the British leg of his Human Appeal tour, said: 'We had a good, decent conversation, and I think that proves that we can talk to each other.'

The Arab-American comic wound up next to the President-Elect's eldest son after got upgraded on the flight.

He said he told Trump of his disdain for his father's plans for a compulsory register of Muslims, saying: 'I'm not doing that shit. I'm not going to get an ID, a Muslim ID, and all this crap. I'm not doing that. Fuck that.'

Ahmer told the Huffington Post that Trump said that they were 'not doing that' – and that he got the 'vibe' that politics was a 'game' to the Trimps

The comic also told Trump that he had toured with Dave Chappelle, prompting Eric to say: 'Tell him to take it easy on [my dad].'

Ahmer replied: 'That's not gonna happen. We are not going to take it easy. It's not our job to take it easy on you guys.'

The comic added that he got some great material for his stand-up from the flight.
