Russell Brand is being sued by a pedestrian who claims the comic drove into him in Los Angeles.

Victor Sneed is seeking $25,000 in compensation after claiming Brand ran into him in January because he was driving 'negligently' .

Sneed says he suffered personal injury, property damage and incurred hospital bills as a result of the accident – but does not detail exactly what his injuries were in the lawsuit.

The case was filed at LA County Superior Court, and reported by US celebrity website TMZ.
