America to get Inbetweeners

...and Katy Brand

The Inbetweeners and Katy Brand's Big Ass Show are to be aired in the States following a new deal with BBC America.

The channel – run by the corporation’s commercial arm – has acquired the rights to air the comedy shows which originally aired on E4 and ITV2 respectively.

Both programmes have so far run for two series, each of six half-hour episodes, which will be broadcast in the US later this year.
