No Heroics to be remade for US
The ITV sitcom No Heroics, about the everyday lives of Superheroes who live among us, is to be remade for the American market.The ABC network has given the go-ahead for a pilot episode to be shot, co-written by the show’s creator, Drew Pearce.
He will collaborate with American writer Jeff Greenstein, whose credits include Will & Grace, on the new script.
The original series, which starred Patrick Baladi and Nicholas Burns, was the first sitcom to be commissioned by ITV2, although it was later repeated on ITV1.
