Gervais announces London dates

Ricky Gervais has announced London dates for his record-breaking Fame tour.

The comic will be at the Royal Albert Hall on September 16, October 1 and October 2.

His tour is being billed as the fastest-selling in UK history, with previous dates selling out almost 100,000 tickets within an hour.

Gervais has also hinted this may be his last British tour for some time.

‘I’m doing a few gigs in America next month including Madison Square Gardens,’ he said. ‘I might tour America over the next few years, so I really want to go out with a bang.'
