The comic has written a screenplay based on his book I Blame Society, a collection of tales from the trailer park as told by his Southern jailbird alter ego.
He has given the script to comic-turned-director Mel Smith, who is interested in bringing it to the big screen.
It's set in a trailer park and Otis and his buddy are stealing the trailers and doing them up, Hall said in an interview with the Morecambe Visitor to promote his gig in the town.
