Lucas & Walliams unveil new characters

Matt Lucas and David Walliams have unveiled some of their new Little Britain characters.

Lucas will wear a 10-stone fat suit to play Bubbles de Vere, a spoiled loafer who spends her days in a dressing grown reading Hello! magazine.

The pair will also don drag to play a couple of blue-rinse Tory do-gooders, Judy and Maggie.

Lucas said: “We enjoy dressing as women.”

Another new character is hands-on drug counselor Doug, also played by Lucas.

The new series starts on BBC3 on October 19.
