O'Hanlon headlines benefit bash

Ardal O'Hanlon is to make a rare stand-up appearance at an Irish comedy showcase in the West End this month.

The Father Ted star joins Dylan Moran and Ed Byrne on the bill of a benefit in aid of the Aisling: Return To Ireland charity at the Piccadilly Theatre on November 30.

Also on the bill of the Feast Of Irish Comedy are Dara O'Briain and Brian Murphy, plus others yet to be announced.

O'Hanlon is patron of the charity, which helps homeless Irish people living in London, by giving them breaks back home

He said: "This is a great chance for a London audience to see the best Irish comedy talent in one show. It's also great value and every penny goes to helping homeless Irish people go home for a rehabilitative break."

For tickets the event, priced £12 and £14, call the box office on 020 7369 1734.
