Coogan 'to revive early characters'

Steve Coogan is reportedly brining back Paul and Pauline Calf for a BBC series.

The boozy student-hater and his tarty sister were recently revived for a stage special, which helped launch BBC3.

But the Daily Star today reports that the duo are set to return for a new series on BBC2.

Alan Partridge star Coogan is currently working on his first Hollywood movie, strring is Phileas Fogg in Around The World in 80 Days opposite Jackie Chan.

Coogan named his production company Baby Cow in honour of the Calfs that helped him make his name.
