Saw the Reverend in Aberdeen. Outstanding. Waited ten years for this. A pleasure to see a real low-life who is a man of the cloth.Praise the lord!

Adrian, February 2011

Good work Mandy. I enjoy poor creative writing excerises as much as the next dick but it was spoiled by factual inaccuracies: I cant find any material from my act in any of those guys work, and stardom sounds great but I really just do it to get laid. What are you up to on Saturday night? The Reverend Obadiah Imgoingfuckmandywolfe. The Third.

The Reverend, February 2010

Recycled Bill Hicks, Denis Leary and Rich Hall jokes delivered in the guise of a character that would be the toast of a school show if done by a swaggering sixth year, but loses its charm when you realise this individual believes stardom should be his as a result of it.

Mandy Allan, January 2010

Solid character comedy, well realised and performed. Jim Morrison meets Billy Graham, some very good lines.

Jack, October 2008

I saw him at the stand, Glasgow. I wanted to like him. But as compere, he was too petulant with the crowd. His autopilot laboured sexual metaphors only appealed to young drunks. The character humour is good at times "hot tub bible classes", and a few others. But having to trawl through his over long similies didn't cut it for me. Never again. 2 out of 10.

matt, June 2007

Abysmal. Had the misfortune to see him TWICE this week in support slots. The Reverend is a character that could be performed brilliantly, but his performance relies on nothing but offending minority groups without the slightest bit of wit involved. Watching the audience laugh at him is like witnessing little children laughing at rude words. Recommended if you like your humour without intellegence.

Cy, March 2007

Saw him at the Reading Festival at the weekend, wasn't expecting much but ended up crying with laughter. Execellent, can't wait to see him live again.

Alec, August 2006

Booed off stage in Cardiff. No intelligence in his humour or ability to deal with hecklers. His only reply was 'You're an idiot' and 'I'll beat you up'.
