I think Nik Coppin's strength is the fact that he bases his humour on real first-hand experiences. Some of his stories are so funny that they dont need a "joke" at the end. I've seen him do brilliantly in front of a quiet listening audience and also a lively rowdy mob. His material can be quite deep and this is shared with the crowd in a very natural way.
