Jefferson and Whitfield are the renaissance of black comedy. They oozed a consistent stimulus of intense laughter. A revival that resounded throughout the whole audience. I was blown away by their explosive serenade to me on stage at the drum 6th Mar 2009. They unveiled my innocence and tamed my stubborn will when they placed me on their pedestal. Captivating me with their cloak of tactile, robust debonair charm and wit. I'm still reminiscing. Cheers!

Freaky Sharon, March 2009

Unbelievably annoying, no timing and they really do not work very well together. One to avoid or be prepared to rip your ears off.

Biil Dairy, May 2008

First class funny guys

G Money, August 2005

Brilliant! At last a genuine double act, extremely funny and very charming guys.

Zoe, August 2005

Thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic performance at The Albany Empire. They have fantastic wit and work superbly as a double act. If you want to see good black comedy they will have you in stitches.

Kamal and Amani Simpson, April 2005

Had the misfortune to go to a gig they were compering again last month, and staggering to report - they are still exactly as crap as they were 15 months ago! Lame, lazy jokes and absolutely no sense of timing - they talk over each other constantly. Really annoyingly bad.

Pip, March 2005

What a tired pair of (uhem) entertainers. Even if they were held hostage in a wardrobe for ten years they would have heard the television and know that comedy has moved on. If they came across a video of Lenny Henry winning New Faces they'ld think it was cutting edge! They're the Flanagan and Allen of black comedy. Their ad libbing is like a primary school play where a gust of wind has blown the script out of the window. Their long drawn out 'jokes' without a punchline are tragic. They're supposed to be a double act but behave as though they're only on speaking terms when they get on the stage together.

Owen, August 2004

They are both funny and clever and I love Whitfield, he's a sexy hunk.

Anon, December 2003
