Your review is spot on. Saw him at Jongleurs Bow and he was a dull, boring hack. Yet, the audience generally enjoyed it. Okay, they were drunk and easily amused, but this guy was pretty terrible. He is confident and works hard, yet his material is predictable. My girlfriend nodded off so far, she didn't realise that he was picking on her. It was quite funny, but not as he intended it. I think his only appeal is to the braindead or drunk. Avoid. Edward Hands, September 2004 |

Saw him once a few years ago, and was impressed enough to remember his name. His confidence and energy is exteremely endearing. His gags and one liners might not be rocket science, but they pack a punch. Would definitely go and see a show that included him in the listings Monica, July 2004 |

I have never been so bored at a comedy club as I was when I watched him at Comedy Cafe on Saturday night! His jokes were lame and old - one in fact was an old Eddie Murphy gag and I wasn't impressed by the fast food workers gag which seemed to go on for hours - Andrew Murrell is a condascending idiot. Karen, March 2004 |

I thought he was great. I don't think I have laughed so much in ages. His movements his style, his words. I guarantee you go and see him and you'll have stomach cramps by the time you come out. Frederine, November 2003 |
|
Bloody awesome. Just watched him on Live at Jongleurs and it was brilliant, have tears rolling down my face Lord Of Evil, March 2002 |

I think he is some piece of work. For Jaysus sake I nearly pished meself from the laughin, Christ alive he is the bomb. You gobshites have no taste or else its way up your rectum. Julie Ward, January 2002 |
|
I worked a comedy event that Andrew performed at in November, and I thought he was good. I'd pay to see him again. Paul Green, December 2001 |
|
Dull. I'd rather watch Richard Blackwood struggling to be Eddie Murphy. Steve Miles, September 2001 |
