The stand-up won huge critical acclaim for the comedy, which was set in the concrete jungle of a South East London tower block.
He starred as the grumpy Vince, and co-write it with Mark Lamarr and Martin Trenaman.
Both series have just been released available on one £24.99 set, including commentaries by the writers and directors, and an interview with Lock and Lamarr.
