Wombat aka Alan Moyle
About Wombat

Wombat (aka Alan Moyle) is an Australian, but he's better than that as he is also a Tasmanian. Since 1997, Alan has been shooting about the Melbourne comedy scene and in the last few years has produced some iconic images of some of the international comedy scene's brightest stars.

At the Melbourne International Comedy Festival he has exhibited works on walls and also incorporated the images into spectacular audio visual productions for projection in theatres.

From August 3 to 28, 2005 an exhibition of his works will be on at the cafe bar of the Gilded Balloon. This will be his first expedition to the UK and he hope that a new exhibition of images will be shot about the festival to be shown at the Hobart, Melbourne and Edinburgh Comedy Festivals in 2006.
