Netflix has released the official trailer for Katherine Ryan’s new comedy series The Duchess.

Described as a ‘Catastrophe-like’ show, it is based on the comedian’s life as a single mum living in London.

Season 1, which lands on September 11, follows Katherine as she debates if she should have a second child with her estranged and troubled baby daddy, a former boy band singer.

The Duchess also stars Australian comedian Steen Raskopoulos plus  Kate Byrne, Michelle Swarte, Rory Keenan.

Ryan has two stand-up specials on Netflix and was a regular on its panel show The Fix.
