2016 saw JoJo Smith dip her toe into the Fringe waters with a brief run of her first solo show I was Mick Jones’ Bank Clerk. It was so successful, she's back in 2017 with a whole run of her new show I Was the Ninth Dexys Midnight Runner: Ten True Tales. When you’ve lived a life like JoJo’s you don't need to make stuff up, so every night the audience gets to choose which of the ten true tales they get to hear.
