Iain Stirling: Why I didn't go to a sex party
Love Island comic's confession
Iain Stirling says he once had to turn down a sex party because he feared people would recognise his voice from Love Island.
The comedian explained that even though the orgy was a masked affair, that was no use in protecting his anonymity as ‘my voice is so much more famous than my face’
‘My face isn’t the issue here, it’s my fucking voice,’ he said in The Sun. ‘I can’t go to a masked sex party and not talk. Some people aren’t into sexy talk, but nobody’s into no talk.’
The invitation came before the 33-year-old comedian met the ITV2 programme's host Laura Whitmore, who he married last year.
Stirling, star and co-creator of ITV2 series Buffering, said the other reason he didn’t go was ‘because of my body’, adding: ‘I feel sorry for my body because I feel like my body could have achieved great things. I’m just out of shape.’
