Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith announce a last week at the Hammersmith Apollo

The final ever shows have been announced today for Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith’s Inside No.9 Stage/Fright.

The hit production will end in London with six final shows at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith from January 2 to 6.

Inside No.9 Stage/Fright debuted in the West End in January this year with a 12-week season, followed by a  12-venue tour around the UK this autumn, which continues until December.

The show was nominated for a prestigious Olivier Award in the best new entertainment or comedy play category, but lost out to the musical spoof Titanique.

Pemberton and Shearsmith star in the spin-off from their TV show, with a  guest star each night. These have included Ian McKellen, Jonathan Ross, Maureen Lipman, Lenny Henry, Stephen Fry, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Basil Brush.

Tickets for the final London run go on sale on Thursday at noon.
