Emily Atack pilots a TV stand-up show

...despite never having done it before last year!

Emily Atack is piloting a new stand-up and sketch comedy show for TV.

The Inbetweeners star had never performed stand-up before last year, when she embark on a nationwide tour called Talk Thirty To Me following her success on ITV’s  I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

According to the producers, the new show will  be ‘playing to the two big loves of Emily’s life – acting and making people laugh’ and will involve the star ‘performing stand-up, mixed with sketches, all reflecting on the relatable topic of "nights out".’

It is not yet known if any broadcaster is attached to the new show.

Atack, the 30-year-old daughter of comedy actress Kate Robbins and musician Keith Atack, previously made her own reality show for W, entitled Adulting, as well as starring in the likes of the Dad's Army movie remake, The Keith Lemon Sketch Show and Tracey Ullman's Show before finding fame in the jungle.

The pilot episode of The Emily Atack show will be recorded in front of a live audience at the Clapham Grand next month. Click here to apply for tickets.
