Channel 5 returns to panel shows

Eamonn Holmes to front It’s Not Me, It’s You

Channel 5 is to make its first comedy panel show in seven years.

Eamonn Holmes will present the relationship-based show It's Not Me, It's You, which will feature two teams of celebrities and comedians.

Unusually for a panel show the format will run for an hour and promises 'a series of fun and cheeky games and challenges'.

Programme-makers at 5Production say the show will look at everything 'from drunken chat-up lines and celebrity couples to what happens when the honeymoon period is well and truly over'.

Holmes already fronts How The Other Half Live for Channel 5.

Channel 5's last panel show was The What In The World Quiz, presented by Marcus Brigstocke with Lee Hurst and Dominic Holland as team captains. Launched in 2008, the series was pulled three episodes into its ten-episode run with the remainder airing almost a year later.

Five episodes will be recorded in May and June at The ITV London Studios, and audience tickets are available here.
