For a Christmas special

Adam Buxton is returning to Sky Arts for a Christmas special.

The comic, who previously hosted his music video series Bug on the channel, will be taking a look at the festive season for Adam Buxton Loves… Christmas.

The show was filmed in his own garden shed.

Sky Arts is also airing a single half-hour drama Marked, reuniting Stephen Fry and Kiefer Sutherland for the first time since they appeared on 24: Die Another Day together.

Sutherland plays a regular guy commissioned to pull off a hit in the one-off revival of the Playhouse Presents… strand, also airing over Christmas.

Phil Edgar-Jones, director of Sky Arts, said: ‘When Stephen and Kiefer agreed to do a Playhouse Presents…, it was like all my Christmas’ rolled into one. Their enthusiasm to work together is evident.’
