Russell Kane announces 80-date tour

After run in a tiny Fringe venue

Russell Kane has announced an 80-date tour spanning from September to May.

The show, Smallness, will premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe, where he will perform to just 55 people each evening in the new venue, Pleasance That.

In the show Kane will argue that British people love being small ‘being tiny but fierce, close but distant’ and tell how he, too, likes to ‘keep things small when life gets big’.

Smallness is the follow-up to his Posturing Delivery tour, which played 23 venues including the Hammersmith Apollo.

After Edinburgh, the new tour proper kicks off at the Ritz cinema and theatre in Lincoln on September 20. Tickets for many of the shows went on sale at some outlets at 9am this morning, and will go on general release from Friday.
