BBC Three's new comedy showcase
Rob Rouse is to host a new BBC comedy showcase mixing stand-up performances with home-made clips of the type seen on YouTube.Circuit acts appearing in Comedy Shuffle alongside the Grown Ups star will include Tim Minchin, Anna Crilly, Andrew Lawrence and Adam Buxton.
But as well as their contributions, which will be recorded in front of a live audience, the BBC Three show will feature taped sketches, animations and pranks.
Would-be comedy stars have even been invited to submit their own DIY clips via Comedy Soup, the BBC’s YouTube-style website for user-generated content.
