Plus DVDs and books up for grabs

Billy Connolly’s live show The Sex Life Of Bandages is to be screened in cinemas next month, a few days before an anthology of his stand-up anecdotes are published.

To celebrate, Chortle is giving six readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to watch the film in one of 600 screens that will screen the show on Thursday October 10.

Three of the winners will also get a copy of the book, Tall Tales and Wee Stories, and the other three will get a copy of his DVD Billy Connolly Live: The Greatest Hits.

Recorded in the Australian leg of his last ever stand-up tour in 2015, The Sex Life of Bandages also has Connolly muse upon his career, life and legacy in a personal and never-before-seen interview filmed exclusively for cinema audiences.
