Russell Howard tackled the subject of cosmetic surgery on his Sky1 show last night

He talked about the pressure on girls to get needless treatments such as 'designer vaginas', anal bleaching and nipple reduction surgery, fuelled by pornography, TV shows featuring 'vapid orange people trying to bang each other' and social media.

And the comedian said women shouldn't go under the knife for the sake of their partners, saying bluntly: 'If your man wants you to change your fanny, you are dealing with the wrong cunt.'
