I have to agree with the review. We did laugh hard in the first half so he wasn't a waste of time, however I was bored by the characters. We saw him in York and too be fair he seemed knackered in the second half for which he was only on for 30-40mins. I also didn't find the sing-song particularly funny either. Is it panto or is it comedy? I think we both realised that we prefer more heated/political comedy rather than the play it safe route. So it at least taught us a lesson

I am white and my huband is black.We thought Lenny's show in Newcastle on 04/03/07 was energetic.exhilarating and in a word, brilliant. Some of the sketches made political points through human emotions we all feel in course of a lifetime. Fantastic
