Morven Smith: One In A Million

+
Description

One in a Million is about expectations and disappointments. It’s about how we expect to be in a certain place by a certain time in our lives but somehow we end up somewhere completely different. It’s about love, fulfilment, poor life choices, mistakes and epiphanies. Morven will take you on a journey to tell you that she has loved stand up comedy since she was a child and why it has taken her so long to pursue her dream of standing on a stage at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. She’ll tell you about lost loves, missed opportunities, realised dreams and one particularly bad love affair. A focus of this show lies in Morven's experience of divorce and an abusive relationship which shaped the journey she has taken into stand up comedy.
