Remember the radio? You know, the one that the internet killed off. Well, inside the head of American comic, Drennon Davis it’s still alive and kicking and full of sexually charged funk songs and Morrissey impressions. In The Imaginary Radio Programme, Drennon broadcasts from the radio station in his mind.
With a high octane array of live-looped songs, beat-boxing, one-man sketches and a dizzying cast of special guests, he dissects what comes out of that little box in the corner of the room, programme by programme, song by song, cheesy presenter by cheesy presenter. The Imaginary Radio Program combines Drennon’s elaborate characters and sketches, with his provocative songs and animation to create a unique musical comedy experienc
