The Epic of Hairy Dave is a comic but also terribly exciting epic poem about the rise and fall of a mysterious vegetarian Messiah with a beard of eight foot three. The story is rousingly related in rhyme by writer Tom Ovens

This is a fantastic show. I miss it most after leaving Edinburgh. GO SEE IT. I would happily have handed out leaflets and plugged this show to anyone and everyone.
